March Severe Weather

Overview

  • A storm system moved through the state at the start of March, bringing an increased risk of severe thunderstorms, including damaging winds, large hail, tornadoes, and heavy rain in North, East, Central, and Southeast Texas.
  • Texans who sustained damage caused by severe storms and tornadoes are encouraged to report damage through the Individual State of Texas Assessment Tool (iSTAT).
